Wedding Makeup

By Eveemadeup @eveemadeup
Hi everyone,
I did a wedding makeup trail on my cousin  Paula getting ready for her wedding in September, and i really wanted to share with you what i done.
I really wanted to accentuate her big amazing eyes so the look we went for was a soft smokey eye with beautiful flawless skin, almost (hate to say) Kim Kardashian style look.
Now on a wedding day i do like a more full on look and this is something i know Paula can carry off, iv done her makeup many times before and i know she loves a BIG BOLD LOOK most of the time using blacks, so for her wedding day i wanted to keep it bold and strong but using softer colours.

Here's a Step by Step guide to how i created this look.
I always start with the eyes this way if we have any fall down from darker eye shadows i can simply wipe it away.
STEP 1 EYES =
I started with Paula's eyebrows using MAC brow duo in redhead using a MAC #263 brush,
To define the eyebrows and create a highlight under the brow i used MAC PRO conceal and correct palette in light (NW10) under the brow pulling it down to the lid.
I then put MAC painterly all over the lid up to the highlight we did using the concealer with a MAC #217 brush,
Using the same brush i took MAC kid eyeshadow and put this into the socket of the eye, this was to define and create depth and contour to the socket.
Using  ILLAMASQUA pure pigment in FUORE (one of my favorite pigments of all time)
i put this all over the lid and into the tear duct pulling it a little underneath , packing this on to make it very strong with a MAC #242 brush.
With the same brush i took MAC vanilla pigment and packed this on under the brow on top of the concealer, this gives the highlight a beautiful shimmer.
Then taking ESTEE LAUDER palette in 05 Desert Heat i took the darkest brown and with the same #217 put this very strong in the outer corner of the eye taking this underneath the lower lash line to.
To complete the eyes i took MAC rich glance powerchrome eye pencil in the waterline and BOBBI BROWN gel liner in black ink and lined the top of the lashes with a small flick to wing out the eyes using a MAC #210 brush.
Using lots of mascara on the top and bottom lashes i then used MAC #7 lashes as these gives a soft look but with volume.
And that completes the eyes!

STEP 2 SKIN =
I used Mac prep and prime skin all over the face to prime the skin ready for foundation, this will not only help your foundation last but it also helps fill in fine lines and pores helping make the skin look that bit more flawless.
Using MAC face and body foundation in N3 with a REAL TECHNIQUES buffing brush, i put this all over the face taking it down on the neck, i then built up the coverage were needed.
Again, using MAC PRO conceal and correct palette taking a mixture of colours i concealed under the eyes, round the nose and a small amount on the chine just using my finger to do this.
To set this into place i used MAC mineralize skinfinish natural in medium plus, buffing this all over the face with a BOBBI BROWN powder brush.
To give the face color and contour i used MAC pro longwear bronzing powder in nude on board,
i took a small amount of this all over using the same BOBBI BROWN powder brush then with a smaller TOM FORD 06 brush i took this bronzer in the hollow of the cheek, though the temple and down the nose.
With a MAC #168 brush i used MAC pro longwear blusher in whole lotta love just on the apple of the cheek, over the top of this using the same brush i took MAC mineralize skinfinish in soft and gentle also taking a little down the nose and on the cupids bow.
To the complete the whole look i took Mac sheen supreme lipstick in gotta dash as she has a coral/peach shade in her bouquet and wanted to add this color into her lips. I felt this color worked perfectly.
And that's the whole look complete....
I had a lot of fun creating this look and i hope you have fun reading about it..
