Go Greena Install Ltd provides energy efficient products to domestic customers throughout the UK. Due to an increased demand for carbon reduction and energy efficiency we are now looking to appoint a Technical Monitoring Officer to support the Operations Manager in the production of quality inspections of the work installed by in-house Cavity Wall Installers.
Principle Responsibilities:
- You will be required to undertake technical site surveys to ensure that the properties fall within the required specification to be eligible to receive insulation.
- To conduct technical inspections in line with ECO guidelines in order to provide concise and accurate feedback to the Operations Manager on the quality of work installed
- Ensure that administration duties are carried out in line with company procedures and that all results from technical inspections are accurately recorded and submitted promptly
- Effectively manage a workload by utilising full diary availability
Key Experience/Qualifications:
- Excellent technical knowledge of the insulation industry and relevant products
- An understanding of ECO legislation in particular, hard to treat Cavity Wall Insulation
- Previous experience as a Cavity Wall Technician would be beneficial
Key Competencies:
- The ability to accurately measure, record and report through the use of construction drawings, specifications and calculations
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively explain a product or service
- Able to work flexibly
Additional Information:
Working hours are Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 6:00pm. A full driving license is required as the role will involve travel in and around the North West area.
Interviews will be held from the 25th of November for a December start date.
