Was Zac Efron on Steroids To Get Ready For Baywatch?

We all saw the advertisements, we all wondered just why Zac Efron looks like he’s aged a decade overnight. There’s speculation that he’s been using steroids for body augmentation in order to prepare himself for the filming of Baywatch.

Guilty by Association

It’s a fact: Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson has been caught utilizing steroids in the past and was responsible for Zac’s training to get him bulked up and ready for the filming of Baywatch. Even if Zac Efron wasn’t using steroids to get himself ready, (which, I personally believe he was using them,) it’s still not very convincing, considering his training coach has been caught in the past using them for film roles as well.

Physical Signs of “Juicing”

Zac Efron has been an envy of Hollywood superstars for his soft, hairless skin and thick head of hair. If you look at a comparison photo of just a year ago, and Zac’s training for Baywatch, it looks like the guy has aged about ten years. There are some physical signs of this, which come when one uses steroids.

Masculine Jawline

Zac’s chin was extremely angular and complimentary to his facial structure. Now, his jaw appears more square and masculine. Women are more attracted to the traditional male structure, which includes a blocky-looking chin and broader shoulders. Both of which, can happen from steroid usage.

Hair Growth

Steroids contain extreme levels of testosterone, which as we all know, attributes to extensive body hair growth. A few years ago, Zac’s bare chest basically had no hair on it. Now, he’s covered. As time goes on, if he really is on steroids, that hair will darken, thicken, and more will sprout up.

Receding Hairline

Zac had one of the thickest heads of hair in all of Hollywood. Now, it looks like he’s pulling a David Beckham and going for the slicked-back look to hide the fact that his hair is thinning out. When you use steroids, you get an increased flow of DHT: the strongest hormone for creating high-density levels of muscle mass. Increased levels of DHT can, and will increase an itchy or sore feeling along your scalp. It kills your hair, thinning it out and inadvertently making you appear older, as well.

If you look at a few photos of Zac and his new do, you can clearly see his hairline receding along the sides of his face. It’s not just his attempt to pull off the undercut—his hair is receding and it may be due to the face that he’s using steroids.

Deeper Voice

It goes without saying—testosterone use is synonymous with a deeper voice; you can clearly hear different pitches in Zac’s voice between interviews for previous films, such as Neighbors 2, and his interviews for Baywatch. You’ll notice a big difference.

How To Tell If Someone Is Using Steroids

Pictures aren’t always enough, but they can tell a thousand words. In Zac Efron’s case, his previous pictures show immense changes in his physique. He went from having a triangle-shaped shoulder-to-torso look, and now sports a bulky barrel chest with veiny muscles popping out everywhere.

You can also notice stretch marks. Your body accelerates growth at a rate that it’s comfortable with. When someone boosts this with anabolic steroid use, it produces stretch marks. Your body will be able to accept growth from regular exercise and strength training—steroids, not so much.

Disproportionate muscles are also a sign. If you’re lifting, you’re not just using one arm, or one side of your body—it’s all a balanced act. When you use steroids, there’s no symmetry in how your body utilizes the components. You’ll end up with bulging muscles in awkward fashions. Not to mention that “puffy neck” where you’re not supposed to have muscles. These are generally only seen in career bodybuilders.

Zac Efron: Steroid Use or Not?

While it’s impossible to tell just from photographs, the educated guess is this: yes, he used steroids during his training session for Baywatch. If you pay attention to his Twitter posts, he mentions that in just a few months, he trained to get where he is today. Anyone out there who works out often enough to gain some muscle mass will know that you can’t get that ripped overnight.

Between the changes in his body hair growth, thinning hairline, and the fact that he looks much older than he actually is, especially for someone who’s obviously taken care of himself his whole life, it’s safe to assume that he did use steroids for the training behind Baywatch. The Rock has been known to use them—it’s not unimaginable to assume that he would also propose them to Zac as well.

What Did He Use For Those Results?

winsol

Based on an educated assumption, the most probable steroid used was Winsol. It’s a completely safe and fully legal alternative to illegal steroid use. When your body retains extra water, your workout proves less effective: you cut out stubborn water weight instead of actually cutting through bodyfat like you’re supposed to. This can give you the appearance of weight loss, when you really just become slightly dehydrated. That weight will pack back overnight, because it was there the whole time.

With Winsol, you get a leaner body in a much quicker time frame. You get results in as little as 30 days, all while increasing your lean muscle, maintaining the lean muscle you may already have, and burning fat at an amazing speed.

Winsol ships free worldwide, and is backed by rave customer reviews. Try it out for yourself and see results like Zac Efron, or better.
