Ingredients
Benzyl Nicotinate, Perfluorocarbons, and Oligopeptides increase blood flow, oxygen level and generate new collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid.
When used daily the lips will have a full, rosy, vibrant look and feel.
*Mild redness and warm tingling sensation will occur. This is not an allergic reaction. After prolonged use, the tingling sensation will disappear entirely. This does not mean that the product has stopped working.

My Experience with Vivant Skin Care MaxiLip Lip Plumper:
The MaxiLip Lip Plumper has a thick butter-like consistency but not really smooth to touch or feels like butter. The lip balm is slightly gritty to touch more like ghee(Indian food). The product glides on the lips smoothly and gives a very luscious look to the lips. It instantly provides moisturization and gives a slight pink color to the lips. Since I have dark lips,the pinkish tint didn't show up on my lips. There was a strong tingling sensation and after like 4-5 minutes of application, my lips started to look a bit plumped. They did look healthy and nice.
The only thing which I didn't like is that I can only use this alone. Like if I want to apply a matte lip cream over this, the balm is thick enough to make the matte lip cream look glossy. It works ok with a normal lipstick too. It is like a cat-mouse chase on what to apply first. I could figure out that it works best when you lightly apply a lip pencil and then use this over it. It doesn't dry out and doesn't let the color bleed. One more major thing which I didn't feel nice about this one is that the plumped lips effect doesn't stay long. It stays on for like an hour and then starts to feel normal.
