Visiting: Fjäderholmarna

I just realized I have so many more photos from my time in Sweden (2009) that I never shared here, so I will now begin to introduce you to some great places that I can recommend :)
The first one being Fjäderhomarna. Fjäderholmarna are a few little islands (Stora Fjäderholmen, Ängsholmen, Libertus and Lillholmen/Rövarns holme) in the archipelago of Stockholm. The biggest one of these, Stora Fjäderholmen (meaning something like Stora = Big; Fjäderholmen = island in the fjord), can be visited. For some time in the past it used to be a restricted military area but today you can find some restaurants, artists studios & shops and even a little open-air theater.
Fjäderholmarna are also the nearest islands in the archipelago coming from Stockholm - the trip by boat takes only about 30 minutes and is approx. 130:- SEK (16 $). During summer the boats are going every 30 minutes from two different places in the city (as there are two companies) and usually they also stop in Nacka.

Ich habe neulich auf meiner externen Festplatte etwas gesucht und dabei festgestellt, dass ich von meiner Zeit in Schweden (2009) noch so viele Bilder habe, die ich nie gezeigt habe. Also werde ich euch ab jetzt mal ein paar Orte vorstellen, die ich mag & empfehlen kann :)
Als erstes: Fjäderholmarna - eine Inselgruppe in den Schären vor Stockholm. Insgesamt vier Inseln (Stora Fjäderholmen, Ängsholmen, Libertus und Lillholmen/Rövarns holme), von denen die größte (Stora Fjäderholmen -> Stora = Groß; Fjäderholmen = Insel im Fjord) besichtigt werden kann. In der Vergangenheit war sie mal militärisches Sperrgebiet, doch heute findet man dort Restaurants, Künstler-Ateliers & -Shops und sogar ein kleines Freilichttheater.
Fjäderholmarna sind nicht nur irgendeine Inselgruppe in den Schären sondern vor allem die nächste von Stockholm aus. Die Überfahrt dauert nur etwa 30 Minuten und kostet ca. 130:- SEK (14,- €). Während des Sommers legen die Boote alle 30 Minuten ab, von zwei Anlegern in der Stadt (da es zwei Fährunternehmen gibt) und normalerweise halten die Boote auch in Nacka.
