It seems as of lately that my closet is becoming filled with styles from the 70's and 90's. Some are truly vintage finds and others I find at my local Forever 21. Here's a funny story-When I first started blogging, I refused to shop at Forever 21. There were so many reasons why to tell you the truth. The main reason was I felt that I was too "old" to step foot in there. I couldn't handle all the crop tops and things I couldn't transition from work week to weekends. So needless to say, I boycotted the store for a slight moment in time. After a while, I decided to try it again. Every time I walked in, it was a success. Since fashion and trends evolve so frequently, it worked out to my advantage. The 70's and 90's are on trend, so I couldn't resist shopping for some new vintage looking styles.
On one of my last shopping trip, I found a few trends I LOVED. Festival season is all the rage now and festival style is a must. I found these cute wide-legged pants and I paired it with this cute stripped tea. Perfect for a weekend out with the girls or if you're hitting a music fest. What I love most about the tee is it isn't a crop. It's stretchy and is long so I'm able to tuck it in. I added a layered necklace and BAM! Outfit complete. Check out my look!
I'm happy I decided to give Forever 21 another try. It's one of my favorite stores to browse through now. I don't always walk out with something BUT it gives me style ideas and I love that. Until next time......
