One of this years most overlooked albums is the ‘supergroup’ Sisyphus’ (Sufjan Stevens, Son Lux and Serengeti) self-titled release. You might’ve heard “Alcohol” or “Rhythm of Devotion”, but the whole album is loaded with clever and playful arrangements that nicely bridge all its three members’ individually distinctive styles without ever feeling contrived.
