Alexander Skarsgård, known to True Blood lovers as the Viking vampire sheriff Eric Northman, plays a monster of an altogether different sort in this year’s remake of Straw Dogs. Random factoid: the lucky dog met his current belle, Kate Bosworth, during filming. The dramatic thriller also stars James Marsden. Bosworth and Marsden portray a married couple who relocate to the South, and encounter some ugliness, to say the least. Would you go to any lengths just to see our handsome Swede on the big screen?
