Today I'm sharing yet another step-by-step Valentine's Day Nail Art Tutorial ~ Polka dots & Heart, using Maybelline Color Show Nail Enamels.

You'll need

Base/Top Coat (Maybelline Color Show Nail Color ~ Crystal Clear)
a pastel pink nail paint for base (Maybelline Color Show Nail Color ~ Constant Candy)
a red nail paint (Maybelline Color Show Nail Color ~ Keep up the Flame)
a black nail paint (Maybelline Color Show Nail Color ~ Blackout)
a dotting tool/tooth pick
a painting brush

Step 1 : Buff your nails and Apply base coat for better adherence of nail art.Step 2 : Apply 2 coats of pastel pink nail paint.Step 3 : use dotting tool/tooth pick dipped in red nail paint for creating polka dots.Step 4 : Use black nail paint to draw c-shape around the circles to create leopard prints.Step 5 : Repeat for all nails except ring finger.For Ring Finger

Step 6 : repeat Steps 1 & 2Step 7 : using brush and red nail paint draw a heart on the tip of nails.Stap 8 : Outline the heart with black nail paint and using stiff hands scribble LOVE inside the heart.Step 9 : Finish it off by applying Top Coat to seal the design.
