The Urban Decay Naked Eyeshadow Palettes have become some what of a legend in the make-up world as they are probably the most well known and most popular eyeshadow palettes to date. I feel this is mainly due to the fact they are all so wearable and are the kind of palette where you use all of the shades and not just one or two and have most definitely made eyeshadow palettes fashionable again.I know this *new* launch has been mentioned on many blogs already but I love it so much that I feel it has earn't it's place for a full review so that you, my lovely readers know exactly what I think about it.
As soon as the news hit about this Urban Decay Smoky palette, the beauty world (as always) went crazy. It's a bit like movies that promote sequel after sequel and each sequel is never as good as the original movie but with Urban Decay, they just keep making the Naked Palettes better and better and I for one think that this one is the best version yet.

Urban Decay have packed this eyeshadow palette with 12 sultry, smoky neutrals including 9 never before seen shades and three exclusives. It contains warm bronzes, soft greys, rich browns, stunning taupes and real smoky black shades in matte, satin and sparkle finishes. The shadows themselves all have Urban Decays Pigment Infusion System which ensures a velvet texture, rich colour, amazing staying power and blend ability, in short, everything you want from an eyeshadow.Let us just address the packaging as this palette is by far the most stunning out of them all. It is so elegant, classy and a mini work of art. The transparent case has this floating smoke effect with Urban Decay Naked Smoky embossed in gunmetal on the front which closes with a magnetic closure to prevent any mishaps. One thing I do adore about all the palettes is the good sized mirror that they all come with as it makes doing your make up in them possible! It even comes again with a beautiful double ended eyeshadow brush.
It really is loaded with everything you need to perfect any type of smoky eye whether it be for a natural every day look or for full on glamour.

I ultimately love this palette and for me like I said before, it is my favourite Naked one yet. Like all the other Naked Palettes the colours are so wearable for any occasion and you can create so many looks all from this one palette. What really won me round with this one is the stunning packaging as it feels so much more grown up but still exciting to use. The selection of shades chosen for this palette is the perfect mix of warm and cool tones that shall suit all skin tones and tastes. It ticks all the boxes of what you need when it comes to eyeshadow. The shadows are super pigmented and are effortless to apply. I mean they are so velvety soft that they glide on with hardly any work needed so what may have looked like you spent hours doing your eye make-up, actually took minutes.If you struggle with eyeshadow or you get scared at the idea of doing a 'smoky' eye, then this palette makes all that possible even if you think that your not very good with eyeshadow this makes it simple to do, I assure you!
Being an owner of all the Naked Palettes (addict alert) if you are deliberating over which Naked Palette to invest in then I would highly recommend checking this new version out, especially going into Autumn/Winter as it has all the perfect shades to take you from Summer to Autumn with ease. The Naked Palettes are most definitely a wise make-up purchase for any make-up fan.
