This August, The Body Shop Foundation Dragon Fruit lip Butter hits stores nationwide, allowing customers to donate to a charity of their choice with each purchase. When purchasing the lip butter, customers receive a token which represents the profits from the sale of the lip butter, 100% of which are donated to charity; the customer then places the token a box for the charity they wish to support: Kidscape, a charity dedicated to preventing bullying and keeping children safe from abuse, People & Planet, a student network campaigning to end world poverty, defend human rights and protect the environment or BUAV that campaigns to end all animal experimentation. The Body Shop has been involved with charities at grassroots level since 1989, contributing to over 2,500 projects nationwide amounting to over £19 million.
