“The fall runways were filled with a return to polished sophistication and elegance. The message: ‘Lady Chic,’ remarks Mr. Downing. “Ensemble dressing – elbow length gloves, a sexy pump and coordinating handbag look right for the fashion moment. Color is paramount!
