The terrace is very spacious, with exceptional stunning golf course views. There is a private pool which can be heated (extra fee), a barbecue, outdoor dining under a pergola, with chairs and sun loungers. It has the advantage of facing south, so the sun all day throughout the year.
The area immediately around our apartment for rent is beautiful with views of the mountains in the back and north of the golf course in the front. Within walking distance are the La Manga Club is an ideal meeting place, or a short drive away there are shops, cafes and restaurants in nearly all descriptions for all tastes. Take a short trip to Cabo de Palos and see the local fishing boats and wander the streets with its lovely shops and markets of interesting fish, and at the end of lunch or dinner on the water in one of the many excellent restaurants ( many specializing in seafood). The more adventurous can take a ride / walk the famous La Manga strip down and explore the beaches and amenities offered, hopefully in the sun !!
