A UDRP was filed on the domain name Tasers.com with WIPO, last month is showing as having been terminated.

That means the Complainant of the UDRP, TASER International, Inc dropped the UDRP, however according to the whois record the domain name is now owned by JUSTIN CLARK,Esq, whose email address is JCLARKLAWFIRM.COM

According to his Linked in page Mr. Clark is the Managing Attorney at J. Clark Law Firm, in Phoenix and was previously the in-house counsel to TASER International.

So it appears  TASER International, Inc, now has control of Tasers.com

We do not know what the terms of settlement were which could have ranged from surrendering the domain to selling the domain name to the Trademark Holder.

The previous registrant of the domain appears to have been domain investor Aron Meystedt who was listed in the whois in 2013 as the owner before the domain went into privacy.

The domain was for sale for $45,000 according to DomainTools.com

We will reach out to the parties to see if we can get any details on the settlement.
