Twitter will make some enhancements on the app for the iPhone. Thanks to a bug in the App Store on iOS 6 in which appeared the description of the latest version of the app not yet released.
9to5mac reported that new and “more interactive experiences in any tweet will be available”. Version 4.3 of the app improvements will focus on interactivity, notifications, search, and overall performance.Thus, when viewing the details of a message containing a link to the page of one of the partners of Twitter, you can see some content such as images or videos.
Furthermore, they will make improvements to the suggestions made by the auto-complete function when searching for users on the ‘Connect’ tab. In this sense, the social network announced last week several new features to its search results. Among them was the autocompletion in the search tab (which are the accounts that follow a user).
Also, now the web version of Twitter shows suggestions of related terms, results with the real name and the user name, and give priority to messages from the accounts that follow.
On the other hand, the new version of the application, which will change the icon to display the new logo will give the option to receive notifications whenever a tweet is sent to a particular user. It will also be easier to access the profile of a particular user: just click in the image of the user and you will be redirected to the profile.
