Twisted Sista - Leave In Conditioner

By Brightowngirl @Brightowngirl
Twisted Sista - Leave In ConditionerMy hair gets in such a matted mess this time a year, its a combination of the cold weather drying it out and the fact I wear a scarf and coat that my hair rubs against and turns it into a mess. It probably doesn't help that I only brush in 2/3 times a week from pure laziness.
When I saw that I had received the Twisted Sista leave in conditioner I was excited to try it. It states that it instantly de-tangles and protects the hair, so sounded perfect for me.
This comes in a spray bottle which you use to spritz the product all over your damp or dry hair, you can also just concentrate it on problem areas. It contains Argan Oil which is fantastic for nourishing the hair.
I tend to flip my damp hair over and spray it at the back of my hair underneath as this is where it gets knotty. I then flip my hair back over and start combing my hair through. Obviously this doesn't instantly detangle your hair and it still takes some work but it makes the task less hassle and I don't get angry and want to throw my comb out the window any more.
Once dry my hair does feel really soft and it seems to be more shiney too. I don't brush my hair without this now.
The only downside for me is the scent, it's kind of a water melon fragrance (apparently it is lychee but I don't really know what that smells like) which is something I am not to keen on but some of you may love. It isn't to strong so I can put up with it and it doesn't linger on your hair.
All Twisted Sista products are Sulfate, Paraben, Phthalates and Mineral oil free.
Twisted Sista is stocked in Tesco and the Leave In Conditioner is £4.99. If you want to know more about the products visit the website here.
