Twenty-Seven Weeks

Twenty-Seven Weeks
How far along? Twenty-seven weeks and six days. Third trimester tomorrow!

Baby's size? Baby is the size of a bunch of bananas.

Baby's nickname? Baby girl and her daddy and I call her by her name.

Maternity clothes? Yes! I can still wear some non-maternity tops but all maternity pants. Exercise? I was not able to get in any activity. I saw a chiropractor this week and he wanted me to lay low.

Sleep: Sleep was even better this week than last week. All thanks to my chiropractor!

Best moment this week: Sunday until 5pm. I felt no pain or soreness whatsoever!

Miss anything? Nothing this week.

Movement: She moves more and more every week. Saturday night I even felt her kicking on my left side, which was a first. I think that is because my chiropractor is helping me get aligned and she's slowly moving over.

Food cravings: I craved butter croissants, Premier Protein {for my coffee}, cereal and vanilla froyo with rainbow sprinkles. I'm noticing the cravings are coming on stronger as each week passes. {Photos below.}
Anything making you queasy or sick: Nope.

Gender: GIRL!

Symptoms: I woke up last Thursday in so much pain. I called off work and went to see a chiropractor for the first time. Even though my OB/GYN told me there was nothing I could do about my rib pain, I took the advice of some friends and made an appointment with a chiropractor. I let him know all my pain was on my right side. When I laid down on his table, he said my right leg was shorter than my left. He said I was all out of alignment. I've been back to see him four times now and I'm feeling so much better. I'm still a little sore and actually itchy on my right rib, where the pain used to be. He thinks I may have a damaged nerve. I also had some nausea on Saturday, which was odd. I haven't felt it since then.
Wedding rings on or off? I'm wearing my wedding band but I only wore my engagement ring once this week.
Happy or moody most of the time: Happy because I'm feeling better. Looking forward to: My 30th birthday! I love that my birthday falls during my first week of the third trimester.
