Fallen Ice Pellets is a light blue creme with a subtle hint of blue and holographic shimmer. It applies really well and is opaque in three coats. For my accent nail, I stamped a lace image in white from the BC-03 plate.I really like this soft blue. It's a lovely shade and the hint of sparkle in it is really pretty! What do you guys think of Fallen Ice Pellets?
