Tuna with Coconut Curry and Kiwi

  • Tuna mixed with Happy Planet Bengali coconut curry sauce and green chili.
  • Scooped into green pepper quarters (ok, fifths).
  • Plate decorated with yellow kiwi and strawberries.
  • Some lemon juice squirted over the whole plate.

Probably the first time I ever bought a green pepper. Historically not a big fan but haven’t had one in so long I’m trying it out. This one looked so much better than any of the red peppers at the market…and was way less expensive!
