FLAT THREE’S NEW PRE-THEATRE MENU SET TO GET TOP BILLING THIS SUMMER!

Try out the new pre-theatre menu at Flat before going to an opera in Holland Park

Music may be the food of love, but acclaimed west London restaurant Flat Three has announced a rather more substantial offering to tie in with Holland Park Opera’s 2017 Season that this year runs from 1st June until 29th July.

Inspired by the minimalist aesthetics and flavours of Japanese, Korean and Nordic cuisine, Head Chef Pavel Kanja’s dishes have often been described as works of art. So how fitting therefore that he now presents a special pre-performance supper menu, for seating by 6.30pm.

Flat Three diners will be able to choose between an overture featuring dishes such as Ikejime turbot from Jeju, spruce & kinome and a main act of Sirloin, cauliflower, water celery & wasabi or Poached sea bass with fermented cauliflower.

The performance concludes with choices of the calibre of Chocolate cake, porcini fudge & dandelion coffee.

Two courses will be priced at £25 per head and three at £33 per head. All in all another class act from Flat Three!
