Summers have knocked our doors, and everyone is wrapping up their schedules to give themselves a holiday time which consists of some new vibes and thrilling energy for the soul and body. Getting separated from the daily hassles of work, and time off for some adventurous is required in the summers. When we say, adventurous many would think of rafting and trekking.  Usually, we plan for popular locations, cities, and countries that offer peaceful and enjoyable detachment from work. Summer is the suitable time for all the family gathering, trips with friends or more towards the trend, solo travel.

The excellent time to make a trip there is from May to mid-September or August as the temperatures are balanced. Adequate preparation is needed before you head off to Mount Everest, from essential items and appropriate gears like hiking boots, warm clothing, UV protection sun block to necessities like light weighted sleeping bags, band-aids, binoculars, etc. it is recommended to get prior information on same.

Trekking Tips: If you are a beginner for trekking make sure to stretch your legs frequently to avoid muscle cramps and fatigue. Keep yourself hydrated through out the trip. It is a must to make sure that you are in good shape before planning a trekking trip and start up with a small trekking trip and move on to a bigger one. Happy Trekking!
