Perhaps you haven’t heard of the Oceanographic Museum of Monaco, and I wouldn’t blame you. It’s not the key attraction of the area and it doesn’t house the coolest selection of aquatic creatures. But, this aquarium stands out from others because it is very posh (like most of Monaco) and it has a handful of interesting sights.
The life-sized sea giant models in this museum are for one a pretty amazing sight. Makes me wonder what else is down under our waters.
The basement of the Oceanographic Museum is where you can find some flora and fauna in action. Some very gorgeous colours of fish here!
My favorite part of the museum is its rooftop, where one can overlook the Monegasque coast.
Monaco clearly has the cleanest waters in all of Europe. Mind you, these pictures are unphotoshopped. Such a dreamy coastal city.
