This week's Top Ten Tuesday on The Broke and the Bookish is: All Time Favourite Books Read In the Past Three Years. This works out perfectly because halfway through 2013 is when I began blogging regularly here, and when my reading life really picked up post-university. It's been a wonderful, wild ride, and I've met some amazing books that I know will be with me for the rest of my life. Here are my top ten, consider this a must-read list!
If I Fall, If I Die - Michael Christie The Fault In Our Stars - John Green
The Uncommon Reader - Alan BennettThe Storied Life of A.J. Fikry - Gabrielle ZevinThe Silence of Bonaventure Arrow - Rita Leganski
The Opposite of Loneliness - Marina KeeganStation Eleven - Emily St. John Mandel
Newjack - Ted ConoverThe Martian - Andy WeirQ's Legacy - Helene Hanff
There were more books I know I'll always love that came into my life in the past three years, but these are the ones that absolutely have to be included. Very different; all excellent.
