Top 10 Amazing and Unusual Nerf Guns

I really enjoyed seeing how people modify their Nerf guns in my post “Top 10 Modified Nerf Guns“, but sadly I am not as creative as those people. What I need is something that comes ready made and just about the most ultimate Nerf gun ever created.  Lucky for me I can buy this little lot…

Top 10 Amazing and Unusual Nerf Guns

Nerf N-Strike Vulcan

10 – Nerf N-Strike Vulcan

Featuring a chain loading mechanism this is the older version of the one you will come to see in number 3. Effectively this is a super accurate Nerf sniper rifle style that looks as serious as it probably is.

Nerf Vortex Diatron

9 – Vortex Diatron

If you have ever been hit by a Nerf Vortext disc gun you will know that they do indeed leave a sting. But this is the Diatron a disc blaster that fires two discs at the same time! Plus it has a drop down magazine for easy reloading. This is one nasty Nerf gun indeed.

Barricade RV-10 (Bumblebee)

8 – Barricade RV-10

I thought I had seen, or at the very lest heard of most Nerf guns, but I have never seen this one that has a Transformers theme and licence to back it up. It is pretty much the standard Barricade RV-10 but with some cool Transformers theming.

Nerf Barrel Break Elite

7 – Barrel Break Elite

This is effectively the double barrel shotgun Nerf. This was one of the first N-Strike Blasters to feature two simultaneously firing barrels! But people really didn’t like this one and while it looks great it really didn’t sell that well making this blue Elite version rather rare.

Nerf Wildfire

6 – Wildfire

While this Nerf gun is not half as powerful or amazing as the rest of them it is one of the rarest Nerf guns you will ever see.  With 20 darts that could be unloaded automatically thanks to the air cylinder inside it, it was one of the first automatic Nerf guns available, but it was not generally accepted.

Nerf hail fire

5 – Hail fire

Even its name sounds like it is deadly, let alone the gun its self. Featuring the highest ammo capacity of any stock Nerf blaster, this 144 dart weapon is a sponge hail from hell.

Nerf N-Strike Unity Power System

4 – Unity Power System

This 3-in-1 combo Nerf is the ultimate engagement gun. The Scout IX-3 blaster (Bottom part) is used for aiming precision, while the Hornet AS-6 blaster (Top bit) gives you a missile launch effect. When you really need distance, the 12-inch-long foam Mega Missile dart that can hit targets up to 60 feet away! To put that into perspective it is nearly the width of a football pitch!

Nerf N-Strike Vulcan

3 – Nerf N-Strike Vulcan

This is the younger brother from number 10. Featuring a fully automatic 25 load magazine it is a very serious Nerf gun indeed. But it seems that the designers decided to go one better as you will see in our next one.

Nerf gun stampede ecs-50

2 – The Stampede

In my personal opinion this is the ultimate in Nerf action. They say its Nerf or Nothing, and with this sponge dart gun nothing is exactly what will be left standing once the 50 dart magazine is emptied in less than 10 seconds! This is just about as bad as they get and really does stand on the line between serious weapons and childs toys.

iLaunch Rocket Launcher for iPhone

1 – iLaunch

If you are looking for one of the most amazing office warfare products you will ever see, you’ve found it. Not even an official Nerf product, with this you just load it up, walk away and use the head mapping on your I-Phone screen to target your enemy! They will never know what hit them or from where it came from.
