Tips on How To Get Pregnant

By Caidiva @caidiva

I got married at 34, a tad too late for some people (like my lolas). Thankfully, we did not have trouble conceiving. And thus, at 36, we had our first baby - Rafa.

Women are a lot different compared to men when it comes to fertility. Men, as long as they have good sperm count and sperm motility is able to get his partner pregnant without any trouble. According to www.pregnancytips.org, women, on the other hand are born with a finite number of eggs. These eggs are being released every menstrual period. A woman's body is also instinctual to release those good quality eggs first. Sometimes, the body also releases two eggs at a time during menstruation. What do all these mean to those trying to conceive? It means that as the woman gets older, her fertility decreases.

A woman in her twenties is more likely to get pregnant fast and naturally than a woman in her forties. This doesn't mean though that an older woman can no longer get pregnant. She can start making sure she's healthy and fit to improve her fertility. She can also use the aid of fertility supplements like ConceiveEasy to boost her chances of getting pregnant.

For those who are working on getting pregnant or even just planning to, here are some advices:

- PRAY. If it doesn't come right away, do not get frustrated. Trust in God's timing!

-See and work with a fertility doctor right away.

-Prepare your body (eat healthily and exercise).

On the other hand, for those who want to have babies a bit later on, the best advise I can give is to avoid taking oral contraceptive pills as it has side-effects and can affect fertility.
