Thomas Was Alone is also coming to Xbox One and Wii U in November
Indie platformer Thomas Was Alone will launch in November on Xbox One and Wii U, in addition to the previously announced PS4 version, Curve Studios has announced.
Created by Mike Bithell, Thomas Was Alone is a BAFTA-award winning 2D platform puzzle game featuring a voice over performance by Danny Wallace and score by David Housden.
Curve Studios, which created the PS3 and PS Vita versions, is handling the new editions.
"Thomas Was Alone came to PlayStation right at the start of their campaign to make console development more appealing to smaller developers," commented Curve Digital managing director, Jason Perkins. "Since then, indie games have become a much larger part of the landscape for all major platform holders. It’s exciting to be working with Mike again and to be able to bring the title to even more gamers while offering a free copy for original PlayStation fans."
Cross-Buy support means that anyone who has already picked up Thomas Was Alone on PS3 or vita will get the PS4 version for free. This includes those who grabbed the game as a PS Plus freebie.
