Mark the liberation of Antwerp on Groenplaats at the Bal van de Bevrijding from 6pm (free): dancing, workshops, DJs and lots of retro music including a big band.

Flying Pig will be offering food, drink and music on Theaterplein from 5pm.

After a summer break, BATS begin their monthly open evenings once again at The Little Theatre (Paardenmarkt 111, first Friday of the month, from 8.30pm), where they open their doors (and their friendly, bijoux bar area) to anyone who would like to inform themselves about getting involved on stage or behind the scenes.
