It takes a lot of effort to become the person you want to be, especially if you have a mindset that is focused on what other people might think. However, this is all stems from the nervousness for how you feel about your body. Feeling great within your own skin is yet another task that seems so far out of reach. If anything, you’re more inclined to dismiss certain fashion styles because of how much they compliment your body shape. But, you don’t have to chuck half your wardrobe away because you feel anxious about your curves or lack of. You can dress in a certain way that can flatter all angles of your body, to give you the confidence you want. Your arms If you’re conscious about your arms and how they look, whether they be a little flabby and perhaps exhibiting a little excess flesh, or you’re quite skinny naturally, you can wear certain flattering items. Tank tops and other sleeveless tops such as t-shirts may not be your first choice of things to wear when you’re getting ready to go out. You can, however, wear a stylish, Italian-chic cardigan or robe, that uses a very thin layer of cotton or wool, and draped over and beyond your elbows. A long sleeve t-shirt or jumper is a great way to flatter your arms, because different colors reflect the light differently, giving a contoured look of your body. You can also wear hoodies that allow you to adorn the casual look, without people looking at you funny. Thinner hoodies are also, now worn in the warmer months, especially with skinny jeans. Hips, core and lift You wouldn’t be the first or the last woman, to worry about how her midsection looks like. Many women feel they have to wear really high waist trousers, such as broad shorts or jeans. However, if you want to feel better supported, there are under layers you can wear to give you that extra bit of confidence so check it out. Snug fitting lingerie that tucks in the tummy flattens the core and lifts the breasts, is a great alternative to clothes that look like you’re trying to hide your body. Losing weight along the stomach is difficult for both men and women, but since men have the advantage of wearing a belt, you should also take up that mindset. You can wear waist belts that tighten along the stomach area and give you a pear-shaped figure. Your hips will be more pronounced and better presented with both these clothing items, but the key is to wear them with class, not making it obvious.
Many women feel conscious about their upper body, especially women who are on opposite ends of the weight scale. It doesn’t matter if you have thin arms, or a bit too much around the middle of your body, there’s always a way to dress with the best.
