"there's a Baby Inside Mami's Tummy"

By Verybusymama @verybusymama
It's been a whirlwind few weeks, talk about being a very busy mama, phewwww!
Ever since getting back from Chile I swore I would get back into the blog, but things just keep coming up and of course they have to be taken care of immediately.
First, we had to go to my brother in law's weeding in New Jersey a week after being back, in between I was looking for a place to live (YES! We finally can move out of my mom's place), I was also back at my PR job with Pivot Point Communications AND....I was ending my first trimester with baby número dos.
Talk about exhausted, I was dropping dead at 9.00 every night!
But back to the baby news..woooo hooooo! We are super excited and now that Little M is old enough he asks about it all the time.
He tells everyone (in Spanish) "there is a baby inside mami's tummy and it's going to come out the mouth"....ummmmm? I think I will let him keep thinking that for now!

I had given the good news early while I was in Chile (how could I NOT tell them?!) told close friends, our family and shared on Facebook recently,  but I hadn't been able to get it on the blog.
So basically that's why I was so lazy in Chile. All I wanted to do was sleep!
12 weeks. I say its a girl!
I had my 12 week scan over a week ago and I think it's a girl. I just have that feeling. I had the same feeling when I was pregnant with Little M - I just knew he was a boy.
I am still wearing my normal clothes, but jeans are fitted and uncomfortable and with this blazing heat I don't wear trousers anyway. I have been wearing lots of dresses and a few skirts I can wear over the tiny bump. I have wide hips anyway, but clearly my tummy is growing day by day.
I had lost 22lbs on Medifast and in Chile I only gained 5lbs which I find an absolute miracle. Now with the pregnancy I have managed to not gain anymore.
I am being careful with my food choices and only want to gain the weight necessary and not go overboard like last time and gain 50lbs. I am looking for the healthiest pregnancy possible, trying to reduce my chances of pre-eclampsia like last time and feel better all around.
Stella & Dot Medina Bib Necklace  Blue and neon striped linen dress from Loft
Oh and before I forget!  I wanted to share this gorgeous Stella & Dot Medina Bib Necklace with you...I've had it a few months, but hadn't had a chance to wear it. I thought it went perfect with this striped blue and neon dress from Loft.
What do you think?!
It was one of my hostess rewards after holding a Trunk Show with stylist Kristin Biggs. If you are in the UK and want to order this or check out the Stella & Dot range, my friend Alex Bridger of Medicated Follower of Fashion is now a stylist! So excited for her so check out her site!

Alright, I'm off now. We are moving this weekend (more on that soon!) and have tons to do!
