Icelandair Hotel Reykjavik Marina is a 108 room hotel with a cocktail bar, cafe, cinema and a gym. The hotel is located at 2-8 Mýrargata by the dry dock at the Reykjavik harbor.
The construction of the hotel began a year ago. The hotel is without doubt the only hotel in the world where you can be almost touch the ship in the dry dock, but the main entrance is opposite to the shipyard north of the house.
The design of the hotel’s innovative and colorful, both furniture and fittings are customized in Iceland. The building at 2-8 Mýrargata has hosted varied activities over the years, and the aim for the hotel is contemporary design mixed with old objects from local communities Slippurinn.
