Next, during the 2012 presidential campaign, Biden kissed a strange woman on the lips in a fair in Ohio.
Then, again in Ohio, he nuzzled a female biker chick sitting on his lap.
Now we have more confirmation that VPOS is a pervert.
In his new book, The First Family Detail: Secret Service Agents Reveal Hidden Lives of the Presidents, former Wall Street Journal reporter Ronald Kessler gives readers a look inside the private lives of politicians, told by the Secret Service agents assigned to protect them.
Among the stories are the now-familiar ones of a foul-mouthed Hillary Clinton being rude and obnoxious toward the Secret Service and law enforcement officials.
Kessler also reveals another non-surprise — that Bill Clinton is an unrepentant and unreformed philanderer with a long-time mistress whom the Secret Service nicknamed “the Eenergizer.” Reportedly, a “family member” of the woman said she’s 54-year-old blonde and wealthy divorcee Julie Tauber McMahon.
Another titbit in The First Family Detail is of VPOS Joe Biden as a flasher.
Celeste Katz reports for the New York Daily News, Aug. 1, 2014, that Secret Service agents dread being assigned to protect Biden, in part because he’s a big fan of skinny dipping.
“Agents say that, whether at the vice president’s residence or at his home in Delaware, Biden has a habit of swimming in his pool nude,” Kessler writes. “Female Secret Service agents find that offensive.”
Between Biden’s “lack of consideration as evidenced by” his naked aquatics and his incessant last-minute schedule changes, “being assigned to his detail is considered the second worst assignment in the Secret Service,” Kessler writes.

Protecting Hillary Clinton.
