I offered you the best political joke a few days ago and you will recall that it featured, rather surprisingly, President Obama who must be the least funny president of the USA since Jimmy Carter. Today, I have another which features 'ol' Big Ears' giving a press conference with the prime minister of Holland. Having finished his presentation Obama thanked the audience, smiling broadly, and was greeted by total silence except for one - literally, just one - slow, ironic hand-clap.
