As a continuation of the interim results of the trial recently, Apple has informed the court about any Samsung product that want to forbid entry to the U.S., where all the products in the form of a smartphone. Apple has made a list of eight products Samsung two days before the due date ie August 29.
The names of these smartphones is the Droid Charge, Galaxy Prevail, Galaxy S Showcase, Galaxy S 4G, and three versions of the Galaxy S II carriers, and the Galaxy S II Epic 4G. Although only eight out of a total of 28 devices mentioned in court, but Apple still has time to add the list.
Samsung also has raised appeal for the case of the Galaxy Tab 10.1, and hoped the ban was lifted because the product did not infringe Apple's design patents, only breaking in the field of software which can be changed via software update.
However, because the court has a busy schedule, so appeal made this new Samsung will be heard 14 days.
