The hotels bakery’s Executive Chef Benny introduces a new Asian Afternoon Tea concept, infusing it with desserts from Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong.

The Asian Afternoon tea is a selection of 6 savory and 7 sweet items as well as 4 scones, Apple is the lobby lounge Manager, before you start you tea (which you must pre-order the day before) she will guide you through the actual tea menu, explaining that a total 8 top grade teas had been selected for complement your appreciation for the different tastes from the savory and sweets delights in this afternoon teas. We had two teas, a black tea Qui Men and a green tea High Mountain Green Tea; each tea came with its small Chengdu style tea pot and small cups, just perfect to start the afternoon tea.
