The Mind, Experience and Hands of Ichiro Sekiguchi
He began just after the end of the second world war with a few bags of coffee the Germans left behind in a hurry. Except on Sundays, he still comes daily and roasts small batches of coffee for his team to brew for hundreds of Japanese and tourists.
