The Lakes

By Ingridd @cosytraveler

Lars and I have just returned from a marvelous trip in central Europe! You will have to be a bit patient though, before we publish our pictures and stories, because I still have to edit all the pictures. But I still have some stuff from Denmark and Brussels that hasn’t been published yet.

After our trip to Bjørnø, Lars and I explored some of the lakes of the south of Funen. The biggest one is called Arreskov Sø:

I couldn’t come any closer to the lake – simply because there were no roads -, so these are actually my best shots. Arreskov is also the name of a manor at the east side of the lake. Anyway, I was luckier with the next lake, called Nørresø . It is smaller and is located to the east of its bigger brother.

Last but not least, there is the nearby Brændegård Sø. This seemed to be a protected nature reserve, especially for birds.
