Washington DC has some amazing hotels to compare to - but the Jefferson is for sure my favorite. It reminds me of the Elysian in Chicago, now the Waldorf Astoria. From the moment of arrival, you know you are in a very special hotel. The hotel is Relais & Châteaux , which are my favorite hotels in the world. The room was incredibly comfortable with plush fabrics and the perfect choices in colors.
