Much of the problems arising in all organizations are linked to issues involving work ethics. Many CEO’s and Executives who ran short of managing their business properly have something to do with work ethics.
But the question that faces the global industry is determining what is acceptable and what is not as far as work ethics is concerned. What are the guiding principles that all men, not withstanding a persons rank in the corporate ladder, should abide. Much research and debate has been going around bringing down the concept into a much concrete and realistic guide that is easily understood, practiced and embodied in the heart and lives of men.
