Sally Hansen in Midnight NYCI bought this to go with my outfit for my birthday and I had high expectations, but I was disappointed. The color is gorgeous and is exactly what I was looking for. However when I applied the first coat of the polish it seemed to be a strange texture. As I applied the second coat it was very thick, I experimented with the amount of polish that I had on the brush and it didn't seem to make a difference. It dried with air bubbles in, which I obviously wasn't impressed with. I'm not sure if the polish was too warm or if it is just a bad bottle, either way I was disappointed as the color was perfect, and for the price I expected better.
Color Club in Glossy SealI received this in a GlossyBox and its not a color I would usually go for. As I prefer dark polish on my toe nails I decided to give this a try. I surprisingly loved the colour, it's a gorgeous deep turquoise (it's called Glossy Seal) that looks nice with different outfits as it's not bright. The polish has a nice shine and lasted a good week without chipping. I'm not sure I would wear it on my finger nails but I will definitely wear it gain on my toes!
Collection 2000 Gel Formula Polish in Pink SorbetI'm allowed very natural looking polish at work so I decided to try this. The reason I bought it was because it claims to be like a gel polish, so I thought it would be stronger which is perfect as my job is very hands on. It's a lovely natural pink colour, that gives natural nails a smarter look. You can still see the white of your natural nail through the polish which I think is nice. The polish has a nice shine and lasts well, you could get away with applying one coat for more of a natural look, but I apply two as I prefer the color.
