The Golden Moment

Happy Monday Lovelies! I am back after a breather: a much needed break both for my body and brain.... Hope you had a great and restful long weekend ads well! I am a sucker for anything linen, and this dress, sold out when I bought it, now restocked in a few sizes, is just the one dress you need this summer. It is a good quality linen, is the right length, has the cutest gold leaf print and bonus; it twirls !!!!! I wasn't really sold the first time I tried it in the store, but gradually I grew on it as I saw it more online, but when it went on a 50% sale, I couldn't find no reason of not buying it.  Come on...... it is cute, it fits great, is a great desk-to-dinner piece and has a pockets, I had to buy it..

The dress fits on the smaller side, specially if you are top-heavy, the front zip can be a challenge. So I suggest sizing up, at least one full size. It comes in regular and tall sizes, I opted for a tall 6, since I wanted that extra length on my long gams. Either ways, this dress looks great and feels great. The A-line cut makes it all-body-types-friendly.  I kept my look simple, letting the dress take center stage. The bracelet and the metallic headband are the only  adornments. I could have worn a necklace, but I just decided not to. I am loving this simple, casual look. Adding a blazer in a solid color would take the look up a notch and make it more office-appropriate.
