The First Blush

It's the time of the year when most of the retailers run their Friends and Family sales and like any shopper next door, I turn into a rambunctious shopper, causing little to a lot of damage to my credit card. One such sale that I eagerly look forward to every year is that of Banana Republic. Their 50% off any five items is just hard to pass and the stackable rewards and gift cards make the deal even sweeter.    Lately, I am enjoying wearing vests, and after a black and white one, I needed one in a softer fall color. This blush vest is just the piece for this in-between weather. It is a thick knit and makes for a great layering piece. While putting this outfit together, pastels with random hints of bright was on my mind hence the aqua blue top and pumps and the orange clutch and purple lips. Overall, I am loving this vest and outfit  and can't wait to wear the vest again on the blog.
