Not very much time this morning so I will be brief. Suffice to say that this morning has been one of those very rare 'Good News' mornings with the headlines telling us that at long last Gerry Adams has been arrested. I wrote about this possibility back in February in a post entitled In which Irish killers meet Irish-American academics and they all end up in an Irish bog so you can read all about it there. Of course, none of this presupposes that Mr. Adams is guilty but the family of the mother who 42 years ago was literally dragged away in front of her children and later executed with a bullet in the back of the head will be pleased that at long last he has to answer some questions.
