Some time ago, I tried to capture the Essence of Stuttgart – in one photo, it was so much fun that I then encouraged Expat in Germany readers to capture the Essence of A City and then the Essence of a City in Germany in one photo.
After a recent trip to Vancouver as part of my Canadian honeymoon, I found a photo that I feel captures the essence of Vancouver, Canada – featuring Vancouver’s famous waterfront, a bridge that link the numerous waterways, tall mostly glass sky scrapers that dot Vancouver’s shore and my personal favorite, the brightly colored aqua-buses that serve as a water taxi shuttling visitors over to fun attractions such as Granville Market.
