From Fernie BC's Fernie Brewing comes the "The Eldorado Single Hop IPA" a beer part of their IPA series. The beer pours an orange colour with a white head. The aroma consists of tropical fruit, lemongrass, floral hops and caramel. The flavour is of tropical fruits, lemongrass, herbal notes, caramel, leafy, grassy and medium bitterness. The alcohol content comes in at 6.8% with an IBU of 75 - 80. I like a good single hop IPA and this one has enough flavour to not be one dimensional and be quite refreshing!
Commercial Description: Eldorado Hop is the focus of this single hop IPA. In addition to the stone fruit flavours of the Eldorado Hop, we have added distinctive Lemongrass, to provide a little extra citrus zing.
