The Difference A Set Of False Lashes Makes..

By Hollysbeautybox @hollysbeautybox
I'm a fuss free kind of girl during the week, I do my cleansing routine and moisturize but aside from that I work from home, so have no need to wear makeup unless I'm going out.
At the weekends, I do like wearing a decent amount of makeup, particularly for a night out.  I don't shovel it on with a spade but I tend to go for nice eye make up and sometimes a bold lip. One thing I have found is that putting false eyelashes on can make such a huge difference to how your eyes look on nights out in particular.

Eylure sent me a selection of eyelashes to try out, and so I thought I would show you the difference a set of false lashes makes.
Here is my before and after...
The Difference A Set Of False Lashes Makes..
I was one of those girls who used to wear two sets of lashes and was always trying to see how much makeup I could pile onto my face but I just don't have time for that anymore and if I'm perfectly honest, I can't be arsed with faffing about.
As you can see from the 'before' picture, my eyelashes are quite short and sparse and so mascara is an absolute essential in my makeup routine. I have been using the Lancome Hypnose Mascara recently after receiving a mini sample and I love it, but even wearing lashings of mascara won't give you the volume and length that a set of falsies do.
I always like to wear 'natural' looking ones and prefer to go for lashes that don't have a band on them (so if you look at the lash line of your false lashes, they have little dots and flexible elastic rather than a fixed rigid band.) this makes them so much more flexible to apply and means that regardless of the shape of your eyes, you'll find a set that fit them properly.
As you can see from the after picture, my lashes look much fuller and longer after applying the Eylure natural 130 lashes. They look incredibly natural but still pack a punch which is exactly what I look for on a night out.
Which eyelashes do you love using? Eylure for me are by far the cheapest for such high quality but I also love Ardell.
