Black, white, wood and metal mixed together are such a classic in Scandinavian interiors but very few can share the character of Likainen Parketti's kitchen. The original one was all white but the cabinets were not in very good conditions, so the doors were covered at matt black DC-fix: a very cheap and fast solution, isn't it? I also liked the trick of painting the tile seams to white: the tiles in our kitchen are in the same condition and I think I'm going to refresh them soon. There is so much work to do in a rental flat ... especially if you are a sort of perfectionist like I am!
