The Burrito is Back

Hey guys. I’m giving the iPhone wordpress app another try. Last time the pictures were way too big and I ended up deleting the post :(

So what’s been happening today you ask?… A whole lot of blah.

I’m reading articles for seminar, trying to get a little organized since this quarter will be the most intense of all. I’m not complaining, it’s fitting. This is my last quarter before graduation it should be the hardest. Two 20pg papers, a few presentations, a few tests, and the prep work for leading seminar discussions are now the sole to-do’s on my life’s To-Do List.

But this is a food blog. We need some food!

For breakfast I just wasn’t feeling the yogurt so I branched out. I know! Everyone gasp, in unison… Now.

I made a good old egg sandwich on a toasted whole wheat bread butt, with a fried egg, 2 slices of turkey breast, and some cheddar and jack cheese. Yummy!

So how do you like the iPhone pics? I’m constantly impressed by how they turn out.

Lunch was so much fun. I don’t have classes on Wednesdays at lunch time so Family Lunch is back on at the local taqueria, Super Pollo! And to celebrate I had my usual bean and rice burrito with a healthy helping of salsa.

On a workout note. I’m still so sore! I have a fabulous pimp walk going on

I didn’t workout this morning because Jaemen had class and I have class tonight so we’re scheduled for a Get Lean at 9:30.

I’m actually feeling pretty good about it. My muscles were really tight this morning and just getting up an walking around has really loosened me up. Hopefully by tonight my muscles will be screaming a little less.

How do you deal with being sore? What’s the remedy???
