The best tool for the studentry

So, now that I'm a student again, for the first time in a long time, I take a lot of precautions when it comes to making sure that I'm achieving the kind of marks that I want to be achieving. I just find that it's helpful to sit specific goals so that I can hold myself accountable. Something that changes when you become an older student in a course, some element of maturity that is kind of missing when I was younger, at least. I don't think that I'm the only one who finds that going back to school at an older Age provides a new sense of perspective and gratitude for the environment. I know that when you're young, and you're in class, you just get a little bit tired of the whole thing, and that it becomes really hard to realize how good you have it. But, once you been out in the world working a lot, it becomes painfully clear how good it is to be a student. There's just something that is so wonderful about being and learning environment and just being able to pursue what you find interesting without worrying about anything else. So, I use a lot of little tools to make sure that I can stay accountable. One of these is a final grade calculator, or a basically a grade calculator that just allows me to keep track of exactly how well I need to score on my final exams, each of my final exams individually, so that I can maintain an average grade in each course that I'm happy with, and so that my GPA stays at a level that I'm proud of. I think this is been one of the tools that has helped my education stay on track and help me stay accountable to my inner student...
