You have to get rid of all of your foundations and only keep one high-end and one drugstore, which do you keep?
This is an easy one. For high-end, I would keep my NARS Sheer Glow – I love it to bits. For drugstore, it would be my La Roche-Posay Uvidea XL Melt-In BB Cream. I know BB Creams are different to foundations but I’ve never tried any drugstore foundations.
You go for an interview and the lady interviewing you has lipstick on her teeth. Do you approach the subject or ignore it completely?
I would totally ignore it lol I know…I definitely won’t feel comfortable talking about it especially since I’m trying to impress her.
You’re not feeling yourself and you need a pick-me-up lipstick, which do you go for?
I absolutely love my YSL Rouge Volupté Shine. It’s my all time favorite lipstick, so moisturising and looks great on. This lipstick has a yummy fruit scent to it and the packaging is so luxe.
You go back in time for a day to your teenage years, how would you do your hair or makeup differently?
Back in high school, I’ve always had short hair (slightly longer than a pixie cut). One day I showed my husband a photo of my friends and I. He commented and said I look like a pimp!?!? Only because I was taller than most asian girls and had short hair!
This question has got me thinking, I’ve never used makeup in high school. I’ve only started my makeup obsession during my second year of full-time work. My work BFF at the time would take me makeup shopping and that’s how I started!!
You ask your hairdresser for a shoulder length Pixie Lott hair cut but they hear wrong and give you a pixie cut, what do you do?
A) Smile, say thank you, call your mom and cry hysterically
B) Cry in the chair and things get awkward
C) Complain to the manager and demand a refund
To be honest, I had to google what ‘pixie lott hair cut’ was. I had no idea who or what this haircut looked like.. haha! I don’t think I would let my hair dresser keep cutting if I suspected something was wrong. But just say if I didn’t, I would choose C. That’s if I really hated the hair and made me look like a Chinese auntie.
Your friend surprises you with a 4 day city break and you have one hour to pack, which ‘Do It All’ palette do you pack in your makeup bag?
My Naked palette, it’s my number one go-to palette. It has all the shades I need and can create different looks.
Your house has been robbed, don’t worry everyone is safe, but your beauty stash has been raided. What’s the product you really hope is safe?
LOL… I really don’t think a robber would steal makeup..how much can you possibly resell used makeup for? My most loved item right now is my Hourglass Veil Mineral Primer but I wouldn’t be devastated if they took it.
Your friend borrows makeup and returns it in an awful condition. Do you:
A) Pretend you haven’t noticed
B) Ask them to re-purchase it
C) Secretly do it back to their makeup
I would pick A, there’s no point ruining a friendship over makeup. Having said that, I would make a mental note to never lend her makeup again. If she came over to my house, I would hide all my goodies so she doesn’t know what I have.
