  1. Call on prospects and get them to refer to us
  2. Call on competitor’s accounts and get them to send us the referrals they think only large PBM SP’s can do
  3. Call on competitor’s accounts and get them to try us for a comparison or just as a back up
  4. Call on current customers and get them to send more of what they are currently sending
  5. Call on current customers and get them to send other therapies they are not sending
  6. Call on current customers and get them to use us for other payors they are not sending us
  7. Call pharmaceutical reps in my territory and get them to help me by helping them grow their business
  8. Call on other SP’s and send them business we cannot do in exchange for business they cannot do.
  9. Improve my selling skills so that my calls are more effective
  10. Make more calls by increasing both my prospecting calls as well as my customer calls
